Hi all,
Sorry for the radio silence past few weeks but we are spending most of our energy on the fulfillment side of things and you are def due for an update.
But first let's get the important stuff out of the way. (Here you go Alex..)
Ok, now on to less important details..
Fulfillment:
We are starting to freight ship the backpacks and accessories within the next 7-10 days depending on location. We have freight going to UK, Australia, Canada and three locations in the U.S.
We were hoping for these to have shipped this week but there was a slight delay due to the recent typhoon in Asia which messed with material shipments to the factory, recent Holiday.. etc.. but we're back on track!
Once we get confirmation that each freight shipment has started we'll be able to provide a more accurate estimate as to when each hub will receive the inventory as well as fulfillment times and we will keep you all updated regularly as to the progress.
Assuming freight starts apx 10-18-10/21 then it's a timeline of about 22-31 days until it reaches the destination (varies by hub location), a day or so to unpack at each fulfillment hub and then most hubs will be able to get the shipments out to you within a 3-4 day turn-around time assuming there are no pending issues on your surveys.
Now that we're on the topic.. Surveys!
We're still missing 6% of the surveys back from our backers. If you haven't yet filled yours out please do so ASAP so we can be sure that your fulfillment won't get delayed!

ANOTHER REMINDER.. WE ARE PROCESSING THE SURVEY CREDIT CARDS THROUGH OUR SISTER COMPANY'S PROCESSING ACCOUNT - STATGEAR SO YOU WILL SEE THE NAME STATGEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT NOT GEEKON!
It's nice to see so many people are vigilantly checking their credit card statements for unknown charges and immediately disputing them BUT we have mentioned this a few times in previous updates and as soon as we see a dispute we do our best to reach out to you to remind you but if you don't get back to us pretty fast your payment will be marked as unpaid in the fulfillment system and your fulfillment will be held up so your help is appreciated! :)

Hi all,
We've received word form the factory that production is going very well and they're hoping to start shipping the finished products to the hubs starting the first week in October.
Again, freight time to the different geographic hubs vary but we're still looking really good for on-time fulfillment in November. We'll keep you updated as to the freight progress.
In the meantime, since the factory needs the balance due to begin freight we'll be locking down the surveys this Friday and charging the credit cards on file for the shipping and add-on charges you may have due on your account.
If you paid by paypal then the payments were already processed and you're good to go! Be advised we're charging the cards through our sister-comany's credit card processing account so if you see a charge from StatGear you'll know why!
This means you won't be able to manually edit your surveys except to change your fulfillment address. If you need to make any modifications to your surveys after we lock them down you can message us and we can help you out manually.

Samples of the new backpack rubber patches came in and they look SWEET!!
Production Update:
As of now production is still right on schedule for November delivery! Actual fulfillment times will vary slightly based on location as freight times to the different hubs will be different based on transit times but regardless we're still expecting all the orders to be fulfilled by the end of November for all backers in all areas!
We'll keep you informed as we progress with the freight and fulfillment processes.
Survey Lockdown:
We're still narrowing down when we'll have to actually lockdown the surveys at which point your credit cards would be charged for the shipping fees and any add-ons you have added. We'll keep you informed as we get a bit closer to the lockdown date but we're expecting this to be within the next couple of weeks.

So far we have only 91% of our backers who have completed their surveys. If you're one of the backers still struggling with your final color decisions please try to go through your decision-making process whether it be to sit at a quiet pond reflecting, spinning a wheel for random choosing, asking your significant other or going through your wardrobe to find the color to match your favorite cosplay costume please get this done!
